This website is run by DEKC Maritime, Osloweg 110-A, 9723 BX Groningen, the Netherlands. DEKC Maritime is the controller for the personal data described in this statement. Questions about privacy can be sent to info@dekc.nl.

If you email or call us, we use your name, contact details and the content of your message to answer your question and, where relevant, to follow up on a project. We keep this correspondence for as long as needed for that purpose and for our business records, and do not share it with third parties for marketing.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is used, so we can improve it. Analytics cookies are only placed after you click "Accept" in the cookie notice. Without your consent, Google Analytics receives only cookieless signals without identifiers, which Google uses to estimate total visits.

With your consent, Google Analytics places the cookies _ga and _ga_YNQ2086494, which are kept for up to two years. Analytics data is stored for 14 months. Google Ireland Ltd processes this data on our behalf. Data may be transferred to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
